Position Summary:
Our client, is looking for a HR Data Analyst to support their HR system transitions by building templates and documents, managing data mapping and cleanup, and preparing data for migration. This role also ensures the successful execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), reviews and archives job profiles, and organizes employee documentation to support system readiness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain standardized templates for HR data collection and reporting.
- Organize and download employee documents, ensuring proper naming conventions and secure storage.
- Prepare documentation to meet compliance and system requirements.
- Map data fields between current and new HR systems to ensure seamless integration.
- Clean and validate HR data to identify and resolve inaccuracies, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare data for successful migration to the new system.
- Conduct and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate data accuracy and system functionality.
- Document testing outcomes, identify issues, and provide feedback to the project team.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related challenges during the transition.
- Review existing job profiles for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Archive outdated or redundant job profiles while ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies.
- Update and organize job profiles for easy access and integration into the new HR system.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in HR data management, system migrations, or related roles.
- Proficiency in working with HR systems such as Paycom, SuccessFactors, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience in data migration, cleaning, and validation.
